LEAD Global is an interdenominational, multi-cultural Christian ministry that exists to develop, encourage, resource and empower godly leaders of character to be agents of change and influence. Their goals are to:
- To develop, mentor and coach African American student leaders in elementary, secondary and tertiary institutions in leadership principles, life skills and character formation
- To train counselors in elementary and secondary schools in Africa in basic counseling skills.
- To provide ministry skills to Pastors and Christian leaders in Africa.
- To identify, support and empower local ministry initiatives that are established to meet the felt needs of the people.
- To provide coaching, mentoring and chaplaincy services to Christian, political, civic, and business leaders in Africa.
- To assist and provide assistance to Christian agencies in Africa to effectively fulfill their vision and mission.
- To be a catalyst in the raising up of a generation of godly young leaders who will promote and model the virtues of honesty, diligence, reliability, truthfulness, compassion, gentleness, courage and moral uprightness.
