About CCC > What to expect when you come…

If you are planning to visit Colorado Community Church, we hope the following information will make your first visit with us an enjoyable one. We know that your first time at a church brings up some questions. What should I wear? What’s available for my kids? What should I expect in church? Here is a quick look at what you can expect.

Choosing a Campus…

Colorado Community Church's long-term strategy is to establish multiple church campuses in the Denver area. While one large, centrally located church has advantages, our preference is a number of smaller congregations-Colorado Community Church is one church with multiple campuses. Currently we have three campuses; one in Englewood, one in Aurora and one in the Stapleton area of Denver. Each campus is unique and reaches out to its community in its own distinctive way. The goal is for each of our campuses to connect and cooperate with each other in order to broaden the impact of Christ’s gospel in our community and beyond.

Map to campuses

The Aurora Campus is our larger campus. Services are held on Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings in the main sanctuary. Sunday morning services are also held at The Upper Room, (located right next door to main building) a comfortable worship space and a whole new way to enjoy Sunday morning worship.

The Englewood Campus is located at CCC's original location and holds services Sunday mornings in the main sanctuary. The Canyon Café, located to the right of the main entrance, is open before and after the service in the lobby and offers coffee, espressos, bagels, donuts, great fellowship and much more.

The Stapleton Campus is located in the old Stapleton Airport area of Denver. They are meeting at William Robert's Elementary School, with services held in their gymnasium.

Where to Park…

Parking can be a challenge at our Aurora Campus, so arriving early is always a good idea. You can also check out our parking map, which gives you ideas of where to park. Our Englewood campus has it's own parking lot and is easily accessible from Colorado Blvd. You will find plenty of parking at the Stapleton Campus, either in the parking lot that surrounds the school or on the street that goes in front of the school.

What to wear…

We certainly don’t have a dress code, but we thought you might like to know what to expect when you arrive. Those that attend wear everything from casual or business casual to a suit and tie or dress. Nevertheless, come just as you are. We’re more concerned with meeting your real life needs than with what you wear.

A safe place for your kids…

Children's ministry is available during all of our weekend services. Your kids are greeted as they enter classrooms by our wonderful teachers. They'll hear Bible lessons presented in an interactive, creative way so they'll be able to apply those truths to their lives. Your kids will sense the love of God coming from dedicated adults who are committed to serving Jesus by leading kids.

A place for your teen to connect…

Whether your teen is in high school or junior high, we'll bring a biblical message of hope and challenge to them every week and shatter the stereotype that church has to be boring. We offer an exciting church experience geared specifically for either your junior high or high school teens.

Youth Information

What happens during services…

While each of our campuses has a different feel to them, both of them strive to present a clear, meaningful message that brings scripture to life and addresses our human needs and questions.

A typical service begins with approximately 15 minutes of worship. Songs range from hymns to contemporary praise & worship. Video and skits are often used during services as a way to highlight a ministy event, illustrate a Biblical prinicipal or draw attention to one of our ministry partners. The service continues with a timely, practical message from our pastor's (listen to past sermons).

ASL Interpretation

The Aurora campus offers ASL interpretation for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing community on Sunday mornings. Check out their web page for more information about this ministry.

After the service…

At the Aurora campus, be sure to grab a cup of coffee and then pick up a complimentary CD of the sermon in the main building.

At the Englewood campus, go to The Canyon Café, located right next to the main entrance for a cup of coffee and snack, then take a minute to chat with our pastors.

The Stapleton Campus would love to see you join them in the cafeteria for some coffee and muffins. It is a great place to meet the pastors.

We hope this has answered many of your questions. If you have a question that is not mentioned here, please feel free to email us at or call us at 303-783-3838.
