Wedding/Reception Scheduling
The church sanctuary and chapel are normally available for weddings on Friday evenings and Saturdays, holidays excluded. We are unable to accommodate Sunday weddings. The chapel holds a maximum of 80 guests.
Saturdays:
Weddings may be scheduled at 11:00 am or 4:00 pm.
*Receptions can be accomodated until 9:00 pm.
Fridays
Weddings may be scheduled between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
*Receptions can be accommodated after the wedding through 9:00 pm.
We apologize if these times may not fit your ideal schedule. It is the only way we can continue assisting the greatest number of people with their weddings.
Fees
Fees are structured essentially to cover the cost of conducting the
wedding at the church.The fee is inclusive of everything exept the pastor's honorarium. Honorariums are usually discussed with the pastor himself and are based on several factors including pre-marital counseling. A minimum honorarium of $150 is expected for on-site weddings

The fee structure is as follows:
Sanctuary/Chapel
Fee includes Wedding Administrator, coordinator, sound technician and the use of church equipment.
Regular Attendee*
Sanctuary - $550.00
Chapel - $375.00
Non-Member
Sanctuary - $650.00
Chapel - $500.00

*A regular attendee is a person who has attended Colorado Community Church regularly for at least six months.
