Come and join the community of ladies who are taking the plunge into “Aging Well X 3” Mind. Body. & Soul. We will enjoy a time of low-impact exercises, fellowship and a short devotional. Come, whosoever will.
From a biblical perspective physical activity for the body, mind and soul, is an integral part of our sacrificial call to worship. By taking care of our body, mind and soul, within our creative confines, we are closer to God when we are in purposeful movement. It's undeniable that physical activity strengthens our bodies; encourages our mind; stirs up our endorphins and motivates us to be the best version of ourselves that we can be.
